Welcome to Coach C’s Football Predictor (“the Website”), owned and operated by My Football Predictor, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, purchasing subscriptions, or viewing any Content made available through the Website, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Website.
Coach C’s Football Predictor provides Users access to proprietary predictions regarding the outcomes of professional football games (“Predictions”). These Predictions are available for purchase via three subscription options:
Predictions purchased through the Website can be viewed as often as the User wishes until the actual results of the relevant games are officially posted. Once results are posted, the related Prediction(s) will be made available to all Users and are no longer considered hidden.
To use the Website and purchase subscriptions, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts. By registering an account or making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by any registration or purchase forms and to maintain and promptly update such information.
All subscriptions must be purchased online using the payment system provided on the Website. The price for each subscription option will be clearly indicated before you complete your purchase. State and local taxes, as well as Value Added Taxes (VATs) where applicable, are collected on each sale. You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your use of the Website and purchase of subscriptions.
Upon completion of the purchase and receipt of payment, the Website will grant you access to the Prediction(s) corresponding to your selected subscription. You may view the purchased Prediction(s) as often as you wish until the official results of the relevant games are posted to the Website, at which point the Prediction(s) will be publicly available and no longer restricted to subscribers. The Company is not responsible for any delays in posting results due to circumstances beyond its control.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except in cases where technical malfunction of the Website or payment system prevents you from accessing the Prediction(s) to which your subscription entitles you. If you experience such an issue, you must notify the Company within seven (7) days of the occurrence via the contact information provided on the Website, providing sufficient detail regarding the malfunction. Upon verification of the malfunction, the Company will, at its discretion, provide a refund or alternative access to the affected Prediction(s).
Predictions provided on the Website are for entertainment purposes only. The Website, the Company, and its owners make no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any Prediction or any information contained on the Website. Users expressly acknowledge and agree that Predictions may not correlate to the actual outcomes of professional football games.

All Content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, designs, Predictions, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors, and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase of a subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the selected Predictions for your personal use only.
You agree to use the Website in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree not to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other User’s enjoyment of the Website. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, affiliates, officers, and agents from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms or any misuse of the Website or its Content.
Your use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected. By using the Website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any modifications will be effective upon posting the updated Terms to the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically for any updates.
The Company may terminate or suspend your access to the Website and its Content at any time, without notice, for conduct that the Company believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other Users or the Company’s interests.
These Terms of Service, and any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the Website, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding use of the Website and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
